This virtual platform will enable both current and potential clients to book sessions, access information, and stay updated about the business. The main objectives of this website are to establish trust, widen the client base, and enhance the brand.

FOCAL App

Empowering fashion designers to tell their stories.

The first fashion mobile app that launched for the Ryerson University fashion program. The first iteration of this app was created in 2016 to accompany the Focal fashion show. In 2021, it's been revamped to improve useability and functionality.

Sync

Product Manager

Sync is a video conferencing platform founded in 2010, catering primarily to enterprise clients such as academic institutions, government organizations, and large businesses. This case study outlines the strategies implemented to improve product launches, the outcomes achieved, and the lessons learned along the way. The focus was on delivering a user-centric feature—the "Add New Participants" functionality—tailored to enterprise clients' needs.
