Create an online home base for the Physiothenix brand.
-
Learn more about the needs of their current and potential clients for website content and design direction.
-
Expand the organization's branding and implement it into the new site.
Challenges:

We have a smaller team
-
Limited branding
-
Time constraints and limited resources for user research
Product Roadmap
2023 - 2024
User Research:
We interviewed seven current Physiothenix clients and two potential physiotherapy clients. Our goal was to gain a realistic understanding of the customers' needs and values.

Key Learnings:
-
Physiothenix clientele find value in their personability, customized service, and educational knowledge.
-
Both potential and current clients require flexibility and accessibility in scheduling and location.
-
Reviews and a consistent online presence create trust for the business.

The interviews were conducted online over video calls, each around 30 - 45 minutes. Our team used the spreadsheet method to take down notes. We then organized the data into an affinity map to group similar points and recognize patterns.
Design Guides:
Initially, Phyiothenix only had a logo when it came to branding. Combining any client perception of the brand and Landyn's goals, we added nine new colors, typography, and grid styles for the website.

Colors:
-
We added three primary colours, one secondary, one dark, one text, one subtitle, one accent, and one light.
-
Primary Colours:
-
Electric Red (#FF0000): Energetic, Strength, Power, Passion
-
Dark Navy Blue (#21174A): Compassionate, Flexible, Peace, Unity
-
Royal Purple (#551863): Combination of blue and red, Power, Ambition, Dignity
-

Typography:
-
We decided on a font family that's clean, readable, and easily accessible.
-
Muli has a range from extra light to black, which I decided to utilize to provide a range of headers, body, button, and link styles.
